Well, this piece is not stitched yet, but I want to show it off. It is very special to me. I wrote the poem that is here after watching a wonderful movie called Somewhere In Time staring Jane Seymor and Christopher Reeves. It is still my favorite of all time movies. I will be stitching it on 32 count
Evenweave. I am ordering the fabric from
Silkweavers, called Dusk. I will use one strand of
DMC Floss for the stitching and lettering. This one will be for sale on the site in time.
I realize that at this size, you can not read the poem too well, so I will tell you what it says here.
“Why does it seem I’ve always known you. Why does it seem for you and I that time stands still. I loved you then, I’ll love you always, Somewhere In Time is where our love had it’s start. Then fate stepped in one rainy night. It took our love and turned our whole world upside down. But still I know our love will live again, Somewhere In Time.”
